Camden continues to invest in a strong apprenticeship service, recognising the significant benefits apprentices bring and the contribution they can make to our local business community. We’re delighted that so many employers in the borough have embraced Camden Apprenticeships over the years, evidence that they are genuinely invested in the development of local residents and recognise their potential.

2020 is the 10th anniversary of Camden’s apprenticeships service, during which time we have worked with hundreds of fantastic local employers and created nearly  900 apprenticeships for our residents. Apprenticeships have changed over this time, with organisations now offering full and part time opportunities to all ages, including university graduates, in a wider range of subject areas than ever before.

Offering an apprenticeship within your organisation is a great way to overcome skills gaps, diversify your workforce and uncover hidden talent, as well as a dedicated hardworking new employee.

Camden Apprenticeships provides free support in all aspects of apprenticeship recruitment, including the development of a job description, advertising, screening and training enrolment.
