Camden Swiss Cottage swimmers who are set to take part in prestigious competitions this summer

THREE more names have been added to Camden Swiss Cottage’s honours list ahead of what promises to be a busy summer for the swimming club, writes Steve Barnett.

Drew Dill, Athena Lambropoulos and Pavle Stamenkovic were all contacted by Swim England this week to take part in national competitions in July.

It means that an impressive 22 swimmers from Camden Swiss Cottage have now qualified to take part in either the British Summer Championships, which will take place at Tollcross International Sports Centre in Glasgow from July 23, or the Swim England National Summer Meet, which will be held at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre in Sheffield from July 31.

Head coach Adam Taylor said: “It has been a year of unprecedented success for the club on all levels. The focus for the athletes and coaches now is to ensure as a team we deliver our best performances of the season at the Summer Championships.”
