Dusty Springfield among the next stars set to get spots on Walk of Fame trail in Camden Town
Nina Simone will also be recognised with a stone

Dusty Springfield’s stone will be added to the Music Walk Of Fame in Camden Town
EIGHT stars will be honoured with stones in Camden’s Music Walk of Fame at the end of this month.
Founder Lee Bennett told a meeting of the borough’s pub landlords last week that Nina Simone, Billie Holiday, Charlie Parker, Storm Thorgerson and Dusty Springfield had been selected.
He said the stones would “go in the ground without any ceremonies or disruption at the end of November, so that going into the new year, we’ll have 25 nice new stones from the tube to the Oxford pub,” adding: “What we’ll do is we’ll celebrate them in March next year.”
Mr Bennett added he was already preparing for next year’s Camden Music Festival.
“We’ll use this as a catalyst to launch the festival” he said.
