Help for Argyle Primary School

AN estate agent is supporting schools by donating 10 per cent of their sales fees.

People selling homes through Greater London Properties get to choose which school the money should go to and a recent vendor has picked Argyle Primary School in King’s Cross to get a cheque for £817.50. So far £8,000 has been raised for schools through the offer.

Rob Hill, director of GLP, said: “Our hope is that this initiative will help pay for new equipment, books, school trips – anything the school may need to help enrich the lives of their pupils and teachers.

“As parents with three children in London schools we have witnessed first-hand the difficulties that the pandemic has had on the welfare and education of children, teachers and the considerable strains schools have been placed under.”

He added: “With two shopfronts based centrally in the capital, plus 20 years of experience, we are perfectly positioned to help sell London property whilst giving back to our communities.”
