Passed away suddenly in Bart’s Hospital
on 12th May 2017, aged 74.

The funeral will take place on
Thursday 8th June 2017, leaving from the

followed by a cremation service at
Islington Crematorium, 278 High Road,
Finchley, London, N2 9AG at 14:00.
