Police name Abbey Estate knife victim as Ahmed Jama

A MAN who was fatally stabbed on an estate been named as detectives continue to appeal for witnesses.

Ahmed Jama was found with stab wounds near Gaymead in the Abbey Estate in Abbey Road, Kilburn, at around 7.30pm on Friday.

Officers and paramedics provided first aid and the 29-year-old was taken to hospital where he died later that evening at 9.55pm.

Detective Chief Inspector Neil Rawlinson, who is leading the investigation, said: “We would like to speak to anyone who either witnessed the stabbing, or has information about who was responsible.

“Ahmed’s family are starting their New Year devastated by their loss. If you have any information that could help our investigation please get in touch.”
